Born and raised in South Central Pennsylvania, I bring an expert level of local area insight to my work with residential buyers, sellers and investors throughout Adams, Cumberland, Fulton and Franklin counties as well as Washington County in Maryland.

The first step with all of my clients, be they buyers, sellers or investors, is to determine their needs and set expectations for the process. By having a complete comprehension of your situation, I will posses the background knowledge needed to understand your hesitations, limits, fears and decisions. From there, I can better work with you to overcome these obstacles and navigate you through the process while avoiding issues related to your personal situation. I am a firm believer that there is no such thing as a dumb question. Whether this is your first or tenth transaction, every purchase/sale is different and you are bound to encounter new scenarios and face obstacles that you haven’t before or that you weren’t prepared for. That’s why I’m here.

I also want to make sure that you are more prepared for your move, before and after, which is why I provide a list of preferred vendors. From handymen to moving services and contractors, I have made connections with the best businesses around in order to offer you assistance in doing what you need to do to prepare for the sale. Above all else, your needs are my top priority and I will do what it takes to ensure you achieve success.
